Directions to Martin Frobisher Infants school WF6 2NU

From Wakefield

Leave Wakefield along the A642 Aberford Road going past Pinderfields Hospital. At the bottom of the hill, and 100 yards after the entrance to Normanton Golf Club on the left, you need to turn right onto Ferry Lane. Stay on this road going over the narrow bridge and up the hill past Roots Nurseries. Continue up the hill into Altofts village. Shortly after a right hand turn to Normanton (which you do not take!) you will see Martin Frobisher Infants school on you right hand side, opposite the Horse and Jockey pub.

From the M62.

Leave M62 at junction 31 (sign-posted Normanton). Take the appropriate lane(s) following the signs for the Europort (This is the first, immediate left turn coming from Leeds/the West, so from the East you need to go round back under the motorway). Follow California Drive through the industrial estate and under the new railway bridge. Follow the road round to the left and take the 2^nd left turn signposted for Altofts. You are now on Pope Street. Follow this road under the old railway bridge and under the motorway. Continue for about a ½ mile. Martin Frobisher Infants school is on the left hand side opposite the Horse and Jockey pub.
